Professional practices usually arrive with a serif wordmark, a fixed corporate colour and a building they do not own. All three narrow the build considerably.
Four constraints decide the build before the design does. Each one has a factory answer.
Long thin serifs have to be folded and soldered individually so the return depth stays even where the stroke narrows. There is a minimum workable stroke width, so send artwork before fixing the letter height.
Powder coated stainless gives the corrosion resistance of metal and the exact colour of a code. The Pantone or RAL reference is confirmed before production and stays on the order for repeat sites.
Powder coated builds are available with back screw bolt, 3M tape or a PVC or foam bottom, chosen to suit the wall. Tape needs a clean, flat, non-porous surface.
On a door plate read at thirty centimetres, gold-plated steel reads as plating. Solid water jet cut brass does not, which is why the brass builds exist.

DHL or UPS express adds roughly 4 to 5 days door to door, and the carton contains the fixing accessories, the 1:1 scale mounting template and, on illuminated orders, the transformer.
