Non woven converting machinery manufacturer and direct exporter
Non Woven Rewinding Machines on the production floor

Non Woven Rewinding Machines

Slitting, inspecting and rewinding jumbo non woven rolls into the widths, lengths and roll firmness your customers order.

Problems This Category Solves

What Goes Wrong Without The Right Machine

  • Jumbo rolls arrive in one width while customers order five different widths
  • Rolls loosen or telescope in transit because tension was not controlled as diameter grew
  • Roll length disputes because counting is done by hand
  • Defects discovered only after the material has been converted and value added

FAQ

Non Woven Rewinding Machines Questions

Which rewinding machine should we start with?

Tell us your jumbo roll width, the finished roll widths you sell and whether you need perforation or scoring. For plain slitting the AQ-FR fits; for embossing, scoring, counting and slitting in one pass choose an AQ-R servo build.

Can one machine handle both woven and non woven?

Yes. The AQ-R (1200-3500) offers four tension control modes so stiff PP woven and soft non woven can both run properly on the same frame.

How accurate is roll length?

Machines with infrared automatic counting stop at the set length. We calibrate the counter against a measured length before shipment.

What lead time should we plan for?

Most rewinding machines ship about 35 days after order confirmation. Wide or non-standard builds are confirmed in writing before production starts.
