Customisation is on our published specification for every machine we sell, because non woven products are rarely standard. Width, folded size, embossing pattern, print artwork, mould shape, counting quantity and electrical supply are all set before the machine is built.

Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent, because that is what decides whether the machine works in your plant rather than ours.
Specification
Problem: Standard machines produce standard sizes, which is not what your buyer ordered.
How we solve it: We build to your finished dimensions, from a 40 mm cotton pad to a 3.2 m mulch fabric.
Tooling
Problem: Embossing, punching and cutting moulds decide product appearance.
How we solve it: Embossing figures are engraved on the computer to your artwork, and cutting and punching moulds are made for your pattern.
Control
Problem: Different plants have different operator skill and voltage supply.
How we solve it: PLC touch screen, servo or frequency conversion control is selected per machine, and cabinets are wired to your supply.
Trial
Problem: A customised machine that has never run your material is a risk.
How we solve it: We run your sample at factory run-off and share results before shipment.

Do you quote the whole line or single machines?
Both. We sell single machines for an existing line and we plan complete lines from jumbo roll to sealed carton.
What information do you need to quote?
Finished product drawing or dimensions, fabric type and gsm, output target, pack format, and your voltage and frequency.
How long does the whole process take?
Machine delivery runs from about 15 days for sealing and labeling equipment to about 45 days for wide bed sheet and spa lines, after order confirmation.
Can you support installation and training?
Yes, remotely through WhatsApp video or on site by arrangement, with English manuals and recorded run-off settings supplied with the machine.
