The AQ-I(1600) Non Woven Fabric Inspection Machine unwinds, inspects, counts and rewinds non woven web with neat side surfaces, at an effective breadth of 1650 mm. Automatic meter counting with infrared detection stops the machine at the set length, and step-less transmission lets the operator hold a comfortable inspection speed up to 100-120 m/min depending on the material. Four air cylinders handle pneumatic material feeding so jumbo rolls up to 800 mm diameter are loaded without a crane crew.
