The AQ-R(3200) Non Woven Folding And Rewinding Machine takes material up to 3.2 m wide, folds it in half, folds it in half again and rewinds the folded web to the cutting length you set, at about 80 to 90 m per minute. A magnetic powder tension controller lets tension be matched to the fabric weight, and the half folding devices use stainless steel.
