Which wipe machine suits our product?
The AQ-6F produces multi-sheet stacks for canisters and lid packs. The AQ-100 and AQ-280 produce single sealed sachets, with the AQ-280 specified for alcohol formulations.
Do you supply the lotion or alcohol formulation?
No. The customer supplies the formulation and we set the dosing system for its viscosity.
How is dose accuracy controlled?
On the AQ-280 the liquid level is set digitally on the touch screen for precise injection. On stack lines the dose is set and verified by weighing during run-off.
Can the number of feeding devices be changed?
Yes. The number of feeding and folding devices is customised to your wipe structure.
