Dust Bag Machine Selection Guide For Vacuum And Industrial Bags
How to choose between the 200, 500 and 700 dust bag classes, how many feeding groups you need, and what decides seal quality.
Choose By Finished Bag Width
Our dust bag machines share one platform in three classes. The AQ-(200) covers small formats, the AQ-(500) covers common household canister and upright bags, and the AQ-(700) covers larger household and industrial vacuum bags. Pick the class from the bag you sell most of, because a machine running well below its width wastes capacity.
Feeding Groups Decide Filtration Structure
All three machines carry ten groups of raw material feeding devices with individual mechanical tension control and manual web guiding. That is what lets you build multi-layer structures combining spunbond, melt blown and paper in one pass rather than laminating separately.

Seal Quality Is The Whole Product
A dust bag that leaks at the seam fails the customer's test regardless of the media inside it. Ultrasonic bonding gives a dry, instant, airtight seam, and the bag edge folding system with stainless steel edge forming moulds and two press rollers sets the edge flat so it does not jam the cartoner.
Changeover Speed In Practice
Ultrasonic bonding moulds, bag mouth bindings and edge sealing moulds use a manual screw rod for width and a fast hand lever for positioning. That makes a model change a mechanical adjustment instead of a tooling swap, which matters if you supply an aftermarket catalogue with many models.
Pocket Filters Are A Different Machine
If you build HVAC pocket filters rather than flat bags, the AQ-(600-1000) pocket filter machine is the right line: six servo motors, photoelectric tracking and an ultrasonic cooling system at 15-20 m/min.

Questions On This Topic
What power supply do dust bag machines use?
7.5 kW at 220 V / 50 Hz as standard, with a machine weight of about 3500 kg.
Can the bags carry our brand pattern?
Yes. All moulds are made from special materials and the embossing figures are engraved on the computer to your artwork.
Can one machine cover both household and industrial bags?
The AQ-(700) covers the widest range. If your catalogue spans very small and very large bags, two machines usually run better than one compromise build.
