Each stage below names the problem it exists to prevent, because that is what decides whether the machine works in your plant rather than ours.
Product Definition
Problem: A machine bought against the wrong finished size has to be modified after it arrives.
How we solve it: We start from your finished product drawing, pack format and carton count, not from a machine model number.
Material Check
Problem: Fabric weight and structure change how tension, bonding and folding behave.
How we solve it: Send a roll of your material and we run it during factory run-off, then record the settings.
Line Layout
Problem: Machines that individually fit can still not fit together in the building.
How we solve it: We supply dimensioned layout drawings for every machine before shipment so the floor can be planned.
Converting
Problem: Slitting, folding and forming done on separate passes damage the web and add handling.
How we solve it: Servo builds combine embossing, scoring, counting, slitting and rewinding, or forming, folding and cutting, in a single pass.
Packing And Sealing
Problem: A fast converting line stalls behind a slow packing bench.
How we solve it: We match packaging machines to line output, from 180-220 bag/min wipe packing to impulse sealing for outer bags.
Commissioning
Problem: A line that works at our factory can still stall at yours.
How we solve it: Machines ship with recorded settings and English manuals, and our engineers support installation and operator training remotely or on site.

Do you quote the whole line or single machines?
Both. We sell single machines for an existing line and we plan complete lines from jumbo roll to sealed carton.
What information do you need to quote?
Finished product drawing or dimensions, fabric type and gsm, output target, pack format, and your voltage and frequency.
How long does the whole process take?
Machine delivery runs from about 15 days for sealing and labeling equipment to about 45 days for wide bed sheet and spa lines, after order confirmation.
Can you support installation and training?
Yes, remotely through WhatsApp video or on site by arrangement, with English manuals and recorded run-off settings supplied with the machine.
