Round pads run on the AQ-RD with roll cutting and tube output. Square and rectangular pads run on the AQ-RC with vertical and horizontal cutters and zigzag stacking.
Can pad size be changed later?
On the AQ-RC, finished size is adjustable from 40 to 100 mm in both directions. On round machines, size is set by the roll cutting mould, and extra moulds can be supplied.
Can you engrave our embossing pattern?
Yes. Embossing can be customised according to your flower pattern, and international quality steel keeps the indentation stable.
Are the machines suitable for medical pads?
Yes. The gauze pads machine runs at 1500-2000 pcs/min with stainless steel components and English documentation.
