Machined aluminium split tube clamp with a slotted body and side fixing holes.
A slotted clamp block that closes around a captive tube and grips it without needing access from above.
The split clamp is milled from solid with a bore through the body and a slot cut from the bore out to one face. Tightening the side fasteners closes the slot and the bore shrinks onto the tube. It grips a tube that is already trapped in an assembly, which is exactly the case a saddle clamp cannot handle, and it releases cleanly when the fasteners are backed off because the aluminium springs open again.
Fixture and machine designers who need a clamp that can be fitted and released in situ, cut to a tube diameter that a catalogue clamp does not offer.

Values marked to drawing or confirmed per project are set against your print at quotation. No certification, capacity or tolerance figures are published because none were published by the business.
Against the saddle type it costs more to machine but works where the tube is captive and gives a more even grip. Against a set screw pressing directly on the tube it does not dent the tube and can be released and reset repeatedly.
