Hongpin builds the fixtures, jigs and machined parts that hold a production line to its drawing. Every item is made to your print in stainless steel, aluminium alloy or engineering plastic.
Hongpin is an individually-owned manufacturing business based at Block 56, Qiancheng District, Jiangdong Street, in Yiwu, Zhejiang Province. The work is non-standard by definition: production fixtures and inspection jigs designed around one customer's part and one customer's process, and machined components made to the customer's own print.
The materials are stainless steel, aluminium alloy and engineering plastics. The parts are shafts, bushings, rings, tube clamps, connectors, springs, rivets and pins. What connects them is that none of them are chosen from a range. Each one exists because a drawing called for a dimension that no catalogue carries.
The business states three commitments: reliable quality, delivery on time, and standing behind the work after it has shipped. Those are its own words, and this site does not decorate them with figures that were never published.
