Questions About Aluminium Clamping Components

Saddle clamp or split clamp?
If the tube can be dropped in from above, the saddle type is simpler and cheaper. If the tube is captive, the split type is the only one that can be fitted.
Will a machined clamp mark anodised tube?
Full-arc or full-bore contact is much gentler than a point clamp, but a hard aluminium clamp on a soft coating can still witness. Specify a liner on the drawing if the finish matters.
Can these be made in stainless for a washdown line?
Yes, the same drawings run in stainless steel. Note that stainless springs back less than aluminium, so a split clamp slot width is worth reviewing.
