How a Sleeve Pack Pallet Container System Works
Three parts with three different service lives

The Three Components
A sleeve pack pallet container consists of a heavy-duty triple-wall corrugated sleeve, a thermoformed plastic pallet and a cover. The system supports, stores, protects and transports bulk cargo or materials.
Service Lives Are Deliberately Different
The pallet and cover have a lifespan of ten years. The sleeve is typically reused 50 to 100 times or more. That split is the point of the system: the part most likely to be damaged in handling is also the cheapest and easiest part to replace, while the structural base stays in service for a decade.
Why It Beats a Rigid Bulk Bin
A rigid bin takes its full volume on the return leg and is written off if one wall is damaged. A sleeve folds flat for the return trip, and a damaged sleeve is replaced without touching the pallet or cover.
Sizing
Sleeve containers are reusable pallet-sized containers used to transport medium or large cargo. They are recyclable and refillable and can be produced in any size, which lets you either make better use of the vehicle or carry cargo that does not suit a standard box footprint.
Planning the Loop
Work out how many sleeves, pallets and covers each leg of the loop needs, and keep spare sleeves in stock since that is the part that wears first.
