From your drawing to an approved sample and a full production run
OEM and customised orders are welcome. Send us the drawing and the requirements of your desired style and we will submit samples for your approval.
Because everything is extruded and fabricated in our own plant, thickness, weight per square metre, panel size, colour and grade are all decisions made per order rather than constraints inherited from stock.
The Route We Follow
Drawing or Sample
Send your design drawings and detailed product specification. For a repeat order the previous order number is enough.
Specification Review
We confirm thickness, colour, weight per square metre, raw material request and end use before quoting.
Quotation
Quoted against that specification rather than a generic price list.
Sampling
Samples are free of charge and sent by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express for your approval.
Production
Extrusion on six lines, cutting, creasing, welding and assembly to the approved sample.
Quality Control
ISO 9001:2000 system, 100% testing before delivery.
Packing and Documents
Shrink film and wooden pallet or your packing method, with export documentation.
Shipping
Sea freight through our shipping agent to any destination port. Transportation insurance can be arranged on your behalf.

What Do You Need From Us to Start

Are Samples Free
Yes. Samples are free of charge and are sent by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express.
How Long Does Production Take
After order and payment confirmation it takes 7 to 10 days to arrange production and book shipping space before the goods are ready.
What Are the Payment Terms
T/T wire transfer, 40% down and the balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading. A specially designed item requires a higher deposit.
How Do I Get Samples
Samples are free of charge. We send them as soon as possible by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express.
