ESD and Conductive Packaging
Static controlled sheet and containers for electronic and automotive electronics
Electronic components are sensitive, fragile and high in value, so they need proper protection from damage. Corrugated plastic in a static controlled grade is a better packing choice than wood, cardboard or even metal.
Two grades are available and they are not interchangeable. Anti-static grade runs at 1×10⁸ Ω to 1×10¹⁰ Ω and can be produced in any colour. Conductive grade runs at 1×10³ Ω to 1×10⁵ Ω and is produced in black.

Requirement Analysis
Which resistivity band your ESD procedure specifies, and whether the container must be washed.
Grade Selection
Anti-static at 1×10⁸–1×10¹⁰ Ω in any colour, or conductive at 1×10³–1×10⁵ Ω in black. The concentrate is added during extrusion, not sprayed on afterwards.
Design
Container, tray, divider and insert layout so parts do not move in transit.
Sampling
Free samples submitted for approval before production.
Production
Extrusion in the specified grade, then cutting and fabrication.
Quality Control
ISO 9001:2000 system with 100% testing before delivery.
Packing and Delivery
Shrink film and pallet packing, sea freight to your destination port.

Which Grade Do We Need
That depends on your ESD procedure. Anti-static covers 1×10⁸–1×10¹⁰ Ω and conductive covers 1×10³–1×10⁵ Ω.
Can Conductive Grade Be Coloured
No. Conductive grade is supplied in black. Anti-static grade can be produced in any colour.
Is the Static Property Permanent
The concentrate is compounded into the sheet during extrusion rather than applied as a surface coating.
How Do I Get Samples
Samples are free of charge. We send them as soon as possible by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express.
