How Do I Get Samples
Samples are free of charge. We send them as soon as possible by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express.
Can I Get a Price List
Yes. Tell us your detailed requirements such as thickness, colour, weight per square metre, raw material request and end use, and we will quote against that specification.
How Do You Ship
We usually ship by sea through our shipping agent to any destination port in the world. We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Wire transfer is required for international shipping.
Can We Place an OEM Order
Yes. OEM and customised orders are welcome. Send us the drawing and the requirements of your desired style and we will submit samples for your approval.
How Do We Arrange Payment
T/T wire transfer, 40% down and the balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading. A product designed and manufactured specially for a customer requires a higher deposit than normal.
How Long Does Production Take
From order and payment confirmation it takes 7 to 10 days to arrange production and book shipping space in advance before the goods are ready for shipment.
Can You Arrange Transportation Insurance
Yes. We can arrange and purchase transportation insurance on your behalf.
How Do I Place an Order
For a repeat order give us the previous order number. For your own design send your design drawings and the detailed product specification.
