Send a Drawing or a Sample

For your own design, send design drawings and a detailed product specification. For a repeat order, the previous order number is enough. A physical sample of the item you want matched is often faster than a description.

Describe the Load Not Just the Box

Product weight, how it sits in the box, stack height, and whether the box is handled by hand, forklift or automated equipment. Those four facts decide thickness and weight per square metre more than any dimension does.

State the Grade Requirement Explicitly

Standard, corona treated, anti-static at 1×10⁸–1×10¹⁰ Ω, conductive at 1×10³–1×10⁵ Ω, UV stabilised or flame retardant. Container resin can be specified as ESD safe or flame retardant to UL 94 HB grade.

If food contact is involved, say so: 100% new virgin materials are used for food contact packing.

Decide Accessories at Design Stage

Dividers, layer pads, lids, handles, hand holes, vent holes and printing are fabricated with the container. Adding them after sample approval means another sample round.

Confirm Packing and Documents

Standard export packing is plastic shrink film and wooden pallet, or the method you specify. Confirm pallet configuration against your unloading equipment.

Allow for the Real Timeline

Samples are free of charge and go out by FedEx, UPS or DHL international air express. After order and payment confirmation it takes 7 to 10 days to arrange production and book shipping space before the goods are ready for shipment. Payment is T/T with 40% down and the balance before shipment or against a copy of the bill of lading; a specially designed item requires a higher deposit.
