Drag-out from a plating rack carries gold and silver into rinse tanks on every cycle. A recovery machine on that path deposits it as solid metal instead.

Crude metal cannot be sold at bullion price
Silver at 80-90% and copper at 60-80% has to be refined. Our cells take both to 99.9-99.99% on dilute acid.
Etchant bought twice
PCB alkaline etchant carrying 100-170 g/L copper is usually sold on. Direct electrolysis recovers the copper and returns the etchant to the line.
Polishing labour caps output
Hand polishing cannot reach dead corners or the metal under set stones. Electropolishing does 80 pieces an hour in K gold and 400 in silver.
Discharge limits keep tightening
Treated solution leaving our recovery machines runs at 5-20ppm silver and 2-10ppm gold.

What does your equipment actually do?
Two things. The recovery machines take dissolved gold, silver, copper, nickel, tin, platinum, palladium and rhodium out of solution and deposit it as solid metal. The refining machines take crude silver at 80-90% or crude copper at 60-80% up to 99.9-99.99% purity.
What recovery rate and purity can I expect?
The recovery machines reach over 99% recovery with 95-99.8% purity metal straight from the cathode. Treated solution can be brought below 5-20ppm silver and 2-10ppm gold. The refining machines produce 99.9% or 99.99% metal.
Do the recovery machines need chemicals?
No. They use rotating cathodes and high-frequency pulse electrolysis without adding any chemical reagent or accelerator, and draw only 150-250W in operation.
What capacities are available?
Recovery machines run from 100-150 L/day on the AC200 to 500-800 L/day on the AC800 of gold-bearing solution. Silver refining runs from 3kg to 250kg per 24 hours and copper refining from 2kg to 50kg per 24 hours.
Can a machine be built for our specific solution?
