Silver And Tin Stripping And Recovery Machines
The stripping machine uses the plated product as the anode and stainless steel as the cathode. Plated parts go into titanium or loading baskets in a hanging basket arrangement, and electrolysis removes the silver from the surface into the electrolyte, which is then filtered and electrolysed to obtain silver slag.

Which machine do I need for a plating line?
A precious metal electrolytic recovery machine. Choose the model by daily solution volume, from the AC200 at 100-200 L/day to the AC800 at 600-1000 L/day.
Which machine refines the metal I recover?
Silver electrolysis refining machines run from 3kg to 250kg per 24 hours; copper electrolysis refining machines run from 2kg to 50kg per 24 hours.
Can a machine be built to our own specification?
Yes. The machines are produced to standard models and can also be designed around your liquid composition, processing volume and processing target.
Do you supply the consumables as well?
For the electropolishing machines we supply the hangers, abrasive and electrolyte, and we ask that our chemical liquid is used to achieve the stated results. The recovery machines need no consumables at all.
