This machine electropolishes K gold jewelry such as rings, bracelets, pendants and earrings, replacing traditional manual polishing.
Polishing works by electrolysis with a special polishing electrolyte, so every surface of the piece is reached at once.
Throughput is 80 pieces per hour on the base configuration, with models from a 4 litre bench unit to a 75 litre production tank.

Running The Machine
Step
Load the jewelry onto the electropolishing hangers according to the hook count of your model.

Fill the tank with the polishing electrolyte solution and add the abrasive at the dosage given for the model.

Set the current, voltage and running time from the touch screen.

Set motor speed and the forward and reverse time so every surface is reached.

Run the cycle; the timing alarm signals the end of the process.
