Silver Electrolysis Refining Machine 50kg Per 24 Hours For 925 Silver To 9999 Silver
Sloped bottom cell with automatic scraper and electrolyte filtration for production scale silver refining
- Capacity50kg/24H
- Feed80% silver bars, old 925 silver jewelry
- Output purity99.9% to 99.99% silver
- AnodeTitanium baskets 450 x 200 x 45 mm, 10 pieces
- CathodeTitanium plates 580 x 500 x 2 mm, 6 sets, with scrapers
What This Machine Does
This production scale cell refines 80% silver bars and old 925 sterling silver jewelry to 99.9% or 99.99% silver.
925 sterling silver acts as the anode and a titanium plate as the cathode; silver dissolves into the electrolyte and redeposits as metallic silver.
Silver sludge is collected in an electrolytic cell with a sloped bottom and a secondary silver discharge tank.
What You Get
- Silver scrap is refined to 99.9-99.99% purity at 50kg per 24 hours.
- The integrated automatic scraper raises output and cuts manual labour at the same time.
- Channel steel reinforcement with welded corrosion-resistant PP plates gives a durable and corrosion-resistant cell.
- Electrolyte filtration means the silver produced reaches an even higher purity.
Who Buys It
- Silver refiners handling tens of kilos a day
- Jewelry groups consolidating scrap from multiple factories
- Bullion producers making 99.99% bars
- Recyclers processing sterling silver tableware and jewelry
What It Fixes
- Basket and cylinder cells cannot keep up once daily volume passes ten kilos.
- Manual scraping of cathode plates costs labour and interrupts production.
- Electrolyte that is never filtered carries impurities back into the deposit.
- Sludge that is hard to collect means silver left in the bottom of the cell.
How It Is Built
- Electrolytic cell of welded porcelain-white PP sheet reinforced with corrosion-resistant channel steel
- Sloped bottom with a secondary silver discharge tank and silver retrieval tools
- Electrolyte purification and filtration system
- Ten titanium basket anodes, 450 x 200 x 45 mm, filled with silver granules or plates
- Six sets of titanium plate cathodes, 580 x 500 x 2 mm, with scrapers
- Integrated automatic scraper mechanism

How It Compares With The Alternatives
| 10kg/24h basket and cylinder machine | Workshop scale, 220V, no automatic scraper or electrolyte filtration |
|---|---|
| 250kg/24h machine | 5700 x 1600 x 1100 mm cell with high frequency pulse rectifier for the largest throughput |
| This 50kg/24h machine | 500 litre sloped bottom cell, automatic scraper, electrolyte filtration, 380V 6kW |
Running The Machine
Step
Fill the ten titanium baskets with silver granules or silver plates; filling to capacity is recommended.
Step
Charge the cell with 50-200 kg of scrap silver and prepare the 10% nitric acid electrolyte to the approximately 500 litre bath volume.
Step
Connect the 380V three phase five wire supply.
Step
Run electrolysis; the automatic scraper periodically clears silver from the cathode plates.
Step
Collect silver sludge through the sloped bottom into the secondary silver discharge tank using the supplied retrieval tools.
Step
Keep the electrolyte purification and filtration system in service so deposit purity stays high.
Questions About The Silver Electrolysis Refining Machine 50kg Per 24h
Can it refine 925 sterling silver directly?
Yes. 925 sterling silver is used as the anode and refined to 99.9-99.99% silver.
How much silver can be charged at once?
50 to 200 kg of scrap silver, in a bath of approximately 500 litres.
Do I have to scrape the cathodes by hand?
No. An integrated automatic scraper removes the deposit, which raises output and cuts manual labour.
What power supply does it need?
380V three phase five wire at 6 kW.
How much floor space is required?
The cell is 1300 x 1100 x 1400 mm and the equipment footprint is 1.5 x 2 metres.
Why does it include electrolyte filtration?
Filtering the electrolyte means the silver produced by electrolytic refining reaches an even higher purity.
