What metals can this machine recover?
Gold, silver, copper, nickel, tin, platinum, palladium and rhodium from plating solution, and gold and silver from e-waste stripping solution, fixer solution, carbon desorption solution and cyanide leaching solution.
How pure is the metal that comes off the cathode?
95-99.8% directly from the cathode. Silver slag scraped from the cylinder is 96-98% and torch melting takes it over 99%. Gold is normally given one more refining pass.
Does it work on cyanide gold baths?
Yes. Cyanide gold plating solution and cyanide leaching solution are both within its working range.
Is supervision required while it runs?
No. The machine is compact, simple to operate and does not require special supervision.
Will it work on a cyanide silver bath as well as a nitrate bath?
The machine is presented for silver plating solution generally, including semiconductor, PCB and jewelry plating baths. Send the bath composition with your enquiry so the right model and settings are quoted.
How low can residual silver go?
Silver in the treated solution can be brought below 5-20ppm.
