Pregnant stripping solution from RAM, CPU, PCB and pins holds the gold that used to be on the scrap. Sold on it is settled at someone else's assay; precipitated it loses fine gold into the filtrate.
Our Solution
An automatic gold electrowinning machine takes the loaded solution and deposits the gold at the cathode by electrolytic deposition, with a full anti-corrosion build that stands up to stripping chemistry.
Process Steps
Step
Pregnant solution is transferred into the machine through the inlet valve.
Step
Electrowinning is started from the anti-corrosion PLC panel.
Step
The cycle runs to completion while the exhaust fan holds temperature.
Step
The gold deposit is taken off the cathode cylinder and given one refining pass.
