How often should carbon brushes be replaced?
It depends on hours of use and load, not on a calendar. The practical signal is torque: when the motor slows noticeably under a cut it used to make easily, inspect the brushes. Labs running a full day usually keep a spare set on the shelf.
Are the brushes for Marathon and Strong the same?
No. They are catalogued separately because the holders and dimensions differ. Order by the motor brand and model you own.
Can I order spare parts together with a new machine?
