What This Category Fixes at the Bench
A casting either fills or it does not, and the difference is usually established before the metal melts: ring size, liner thickness, crucible condition and spin speed. Each of those is a consumable or a setting, not luck.
Problems it removes
- A cold or contaminated crucible changes how the alloy flows.
- Rings without proper liner expansion give castings that fit tight.
- Spring-driven machines lose tension over time and cast inconsistently.
Who buys it
- Laboratories casting metal frameworks and copings
- Labs running removable partial denture frameworks
- Dealers supplying casting-room consumables
Where This Range Is Strong
- Casting machines with replacement springs listed as a spare part.
- Crucibles in vertical, covered and graphite versions for different alloys.
- Transparent, blue and stainless steel casting rings plus ring liner.

Casting Machines Crucibles and Rings: Buyer Questions
Which crucible for which alloy?
Graphite crucibles are used for alloys that tolerate carbon; ceramic is the choice where carbon pickup must be avoided, which includes most base metal and palladium-bearing alloys. Dedicate a crucible to one alloy family and do not swap.
Why does ring liner matter?
The liner absorbs the expansion of the investment. Too little and the casting comes out small; too much and it is loose. It is a cheap consumable that directly controls fit.
Do you supply replacement springs for the casting machine?
Yes. The spring is catalogued separately, because it is the part that determines spin force and it fatigues with use.
