Compression springs are the most widely used spring in mechanical assembly, taking an axial load and returning it as a push. Xinshunyan coils cylindrical, conical, tower and barrel compression springs in wire from 0.1 to 8 mm, with ground and squared ends where the spring has to sit flat under load.
Every part below is a production photograph. Each can be remade to your dimensions.

A compression spring that is not square to its seat buckles sideways and wears the bore it sits in. Ends are ground on both sides where the design calls for it, so the spring loads along its own axis instead of pushing your mechanism off centre.
Right and left hand grinding is done in house so the spring seats flat and applies the load down its own centreline.
Conical and tower geometries telescope into their own coils, which saves height where the solid length of a cylindrical spring will not fit.
Shot peening equipment is available for springs that cycle continuously and would otherwise fail from surface fatigue.
Beyond plating, coloured coatings are used where the spring is visible in the finished product, as in models, craft items and consumer goods.

Nine finishing routes chosen against the environment the spring works in
What gets tested before a batch is allowed to be packed
Wire diameter, outside diameter, free length, total and active coil count, end type and the load you need at a given working height.
Ask for ground ends when the spring seats directly against a flat face and the load has to stay axial. Unground closed ends are acceptable when the spring sits in a pocket or over a guide rod.
Telescoping conical designs are possible when the coil pitch and diameters are set so each coil nests inside the one below. Send the closed height you need and we will confirm what is achievable in your wire size.
Yes. Coloured coatings are applied for product families where the spring is visible, and the colour is matched at the sampling stage.
