Most enquiries that reach us are not a finished drawing. They are a sample taken out of a machine, a photograph with two dimensions written on it, or a description of what the mechanism has to do. This is how that becomes a repeatable production part.
We start from what the spring has to do in the assembly: the load, the travel, the space it sits in and the environment around it. If you only have a sample, we measure wire diameter, coil geometry and end treatment and work backwards to the specification.
Stainless steel, spring steel, carbon steel, 65Mn and music wire each behave differently under fatigue and corrosion. The choice is made against the working environment, not against a default.
Samples are coiled on the same automatic machines that will run the production batch, so the sample you approve reflects what production will deliver rather than what a hand-built prototype can achieve.
The approved sample becomes the reference for later batches. Programme settings, heat treatment route and finish are recorded against it.
Batches run to the recorded programme and pass tensile testing and magnetic powder flaw detection before packing.
Plastic bags, cartons, pallets or customer-specified packing, shipped 7-15 days after order confirmation.
Torque delivered through an angle, not a stroke
Helical springs that push back under load
Extension springs that pull a mechanism closed and hold it there
Bent wire parts that are not coils at all

Usually yes. A broken spring still carries its wire diameter, coil diameter and coil count. Tell us what the mechanism does and we can fill in the rest.
It depends on the geometry and the finish. Tell us your deadline when you send the enquiry and we will tell you honestly whether it can be met.
Sample cost depends on the part and the tooling involved. It is quoted with the part so there are no surprises.
Send us the failed parts. Where the failure is at a hook, a leg transition or the last coil, the fix is usually geometric and we will say so.
A drawing, a photograph or the physical sample is enough for us to begin. Tell us what the spring has to do.
