Electronic assemblies use springs as battery contacts, button returns, retaining clips and shielding pressure elements. The parts are small, the tolerances are tight and the plating has to conduct as well as protect.
Our wire range starts at 0.1 mm, which covers battery contacts, switch returns and instrument springs that larger coilers will not quote.
Tin, nickel, silver and gold plating are available so contact springs can be specified for conductivity and corrosion resistance at the same time.
Small springs arrive bent when they are shipped loose. Packing is agreed before the first order, using layered or divided packing where the geometry needs it.
Helical springs that push back under load
Clips that hold position without a fastener
Torque delivered through an angle, not a stroke
Bent wire parts that are not coils at all

The same seven step route applies to every industry we supply, with inspection built into it rather than added at the end.
Production wire starts at 0.1 mm diameter. Send the part or the drawing and we will confirm what is achievable in that size before quoting.
Both finishes are in our plating range. Tell us the mating surface and the current involved so the finish can be chosen sensibly.
Consistency in small springs comes from programmed coiling and from tensile testing the wire before it runs. Both are part of our standard process.
Tell us the position the spring sits in, the load it carries and the environment around it. That is enough to start.
