Letters are fabricated with a brushed stainless face and return and waterproof LED mounted inside, aimed at the mounting surface. The halo colour comes from the LED itself rather than from any acrylic, so the letter stays plain metal when the sign is switched off.
Brushed stainless on both the face and the return, so nothing glows forwards.

Back stud fixing sets the gap between letter and wall, which decides how tight the corona reads.
Screws, a 1:1 scale mounting template and a transformer are packed with the letters.
