They are caused by a gap somewhere else: the wrong variant identified, a housing that was never measured, parts gathered from three sources that never bedded in, or a machine put back into a circuit still full of the debris that caused the first failure. This programme closes those gaps one stage at a time.
From Enquiry To Delivery
Each stage exists because something goes wrong when it is skipped.
- IdentifyModel code read from the nameplate or from photographs. Frame, displacement, rotation, control and shaft variant confirmed in writing before anything is quoted.
- Design reviewWe check the drawing against the variant rather than copying a worn sample, so wear is not carried into the new part.
- Material selectionSteel grade and heat treatment route chosen to match the original part rather than the cheapest available option.
- MachiningTurning, milling, grinding and lapping on CNC equipment, with the critical faces finished after heat treatment.
- InspectionHardness after heat treatment and dimensional checks against the drawing, recorded on the batch card.
- AssemblyRotary groups lapped and matched as one set. Vane cartridges assembled and matched before packing.
- Bench testComplete pumps run in and tested for volumetric efficiency, external leakage and sound level.
- PackingOiled, vacuum sealed and boxed, with photographs taken before dispatch.
- After salesTwelve month warranty and technical support on fitting, start up and fault finding.
