T6 and T7 Series Vane Pump Cartridge Kits

Cartridge kits for T6 and T7 series mobile vane pumps covering T6C T6D T6E T6CC T6DC T6DD T6EC T6ED T6EE and T7B frames.

T6 and T7 Series Cartridge Kits manufactured by SEIMT Hydraulics in Nanjing China

Product Overview

Mobile pumps live a harder life than industrial ones. Dust gets past a tired breather, the oil runs hot in summer, and the drive shakes. The cartridge takes most of that wear, which is why a kit is usually the right repair for a T6 or T7 frame. Our kits cover single, double and triple frame sections and go in without disturbing the mounting or the power take off drive.

Key Benefits

  • Puts a vehicle back on the road in hours rather than days
  • One kit per section, so a double pump can be repaired on one side only
  • No change to the power take off drive or the guard
  • Priced so a repair makes sense on an older vehicle

Application Scenarios

  • Tipper and hook lift pumps that have lost lifting speed
  • Sweeper and municipal vehicle hydraulics
  • Truck mounted crane circuits
  • Agricultural trailer and spreader drives

Who It Is For

  • Fleet workshops and mobile service engineers
  • Truck body builders
  • Agricultural machinery dealers
  • Distributors serving mobile hydraulics

Problems It Solves

  • The tipping body has become slow and the driver is losing time on every load
  • Dust has entered the system and the cartridge has worn early
  • One section of a double pump has failed and the other is still good
  • The original kit is not available locally

Technical Features

  • Rotor and cam ring hardened for mobile duty
  • Vanes matched to the rotor slot
  • Kits available per section on double and triple pumps
  • Cartridge seals included
  • Packed oiled and sealed for storage on a service van

Specifications

Performance figures depend on the exact variant, so we confirm them against your model code rather than publishing a number that may not apply to your pump.

Manufacturing Process

Model CodeDrawing CheckMachiningHeat TreatmentInspectionPacking
  1. Turning and millingBlanks are turned and milled from certified bar and forging stock on CNC machines.
  2. Heat treatmentCarburising, quenching, tempering or nitriding to the route the original part uses.
  3. GrindingBores, spline seats and running faces are ground after heat treatment so distortion is removed.
  4. Lapping and superfinishingValve plates, shoe faces and block faces are lapped so the pair seals under pressure.
  5. InspectionDimensions, hardness and surface finish are recorded against the drawing on a sampling plan.
  6. Assembly and testComplete pumps are built, run in and tested for efficiency, leakage and noise before packing.

Quality Control

  • Incoming material certificates are checked against the grade called for on the drawing.
  • Hardness is measured after heat treatment on every batch and recorded on the batch card.
  • Critical bores and running faces are gauged against the drawing tolerance, not against a sample part.
  • Mating parts are matched as a set so the block, shoes and valve plate run in together.
  • Rebuilt pumps are bench tested for volumetric efficiency, external leakage and sound level.
  • Parts are cleaned, oiled and vacuum sealed so they arrive without surface rust.

Use Guide

  1. Park the vehicle level and disengage the power take off before starting.
  2. Catch the oil from the pump and cover before it reaches the chassis.
  3. Check the housing bore for scoring before fitting the kit.
  4. Renew the shaft seal, then refill and bleed with the body raised slowly.
  5. Change the return filter and check the breather before the vehicle goes back to work.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can one section of a double T6 be repaired on its own?
Yes. Each section takes its own kit and the other section can stay as it is.
How do I read the T6 code?
The letters give the frame and section count and the digits give displacement. Send a photograph of the nameplate and we will read it.
Is a T6 kit the same as a T7 kit?
No. The T7B is a different frame with its own cartridge.
Do kits fit both rotations?
The cartridge is fitted the correct way round for the rotation of your pump. Tell us the rotation and we will confirm.
Can I stock kits on a service van?
Yes. They are packed oiled and vacuum sealed so they keep well in a van locker.

Send Us the Model Code and We Will Quote

Tell us the model code stamped on the pump, the quantity and your delivery port. A quotation with lead time usually comes back within one working day.
