Product Overview

The EM-PB800 is the industrial heavy duty machine in our paper bubble range, embossing kraft paper up to 800 mm wide into bubble wrap supplied in roll form. Vertical upper and lower concave-convex rollers form the bubble and electric heating sets it, running from 60 gsm upwards at 0-60 m/min. This is the newest of our kraft paper embossing designs, aimed at the e-commerce packing industry.

Manufacturing And Quality

The machine is built at our workshop in Ruian, Zhejiang. UDEM has issued CE attestations of conformity to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for our honeycomb paper making machine, bag making machine and paper folding machine, referencing EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018. A demo machine is kept running in the workshop so the build can be shown and installation supported by video call.

Customization

We have engineers who develop new machine functions to customer requirements, and where the current machine cannot meet a requirement we supply a solution instead. Several machines in this range started exactly that way.

Compared With Our Other Machines

Three paper bubble machines cover different jobs. The Mini Paper Bubble Making Machine makes 100-300 mm rolls for offices, print shops and home use. This EM-PB800 is the industrial heavy duty version at 800 mm, also in roll form. The Paper Bubble Sheet Making Machine cuts roll to sheet inline while embossing, which avoids cutting sheets separately afterwards and losing bubble strength.

Use Guide

Load the mill reel on the automatic lifting unwinding system, up to 1200 mm diameter. Bring the electric heating up to temperature before running so the first metres emboss fully. Run at the speed the paper will take, up to 60 m/min, and change the rewound roll at up to 1000 mm diameter.
