How It Works Step By Step

    Expandable roll cushioning

    Honeycomb paper machines: 515 mm wide, 70-100 g, 200 m/min, in manual, inline automatic and full automatic versions.

  2. 2

    Embossed bubble wrap

    Paper bubble machines: 600 mm mini at 45 m/min, 800 mm industrial at 60 m/min, and a sheet machine cutting inline at 300 pcs/min.

  3. 3

    Dispenser consumable

    Fanfold folding machines: 470 mm at 90 m/min, 470/780 mm at up to 200 m/min, and an 800 mm C-fold machine producing 2-layer packs at 150 m/min.

  4. 4

    Crumpled pads

    Paper cushion machine at 25 m/min on 760 mm 70-80 gsm stock, fed by the EM-PR800 rewinder when 2-ply is needed.

  5. 5

    Loose decorative fill

    Kraft paper shredding machine: 3 mm strips, 120-380 mm long, about 100-120 kg per hour, 1 to 3 colours.
