How It Works Step By Step

    Define what is being protected

    Fragile and irregular items suit expandable honeycomb paper, which stretches and conforms. Flat and boxed goods suit embossed kraft bubble. Empty carton space suits a crumpled pad or fanfold void fill.

    Choose roll, sheet or formed article

    Honeycomb and kraft bubble come off the machine as rolls. The bubble sheet machine cuts to sheet inline. The sleeve machine produces the finished sleeve, and the shredder produces loose strands.

    Match paper weight to the machine

    Honeycomb machines run 70-100 g, kraft bubble machines from 60 gsm, the bubble sheet machine 80-180 gsm, folding machines 40-150 gsm, the shredder 50-180 g and the cushion machine 70-80 gsm.

  4. 4

    Size the line to the volume

    At the low end the EM-PB600 mini machine weighs 400 KG and loads by hand. At the top end the EM-PB800 takes 1200 mm reels on an automatic lifting system and the honeycomb machines form at 200 m/min.

    Set up and support

    We keep a demo machine in our workshop, so installation is walked through online by video call, and after-sales questions are answered by message or video.
