Product Overview
The mini machine is the small end of the paper bubble range, made for recycled kraft paper bubble wrap in narrow rolls. At 400 KG and 1200 x 800 x 1400 mm it is designed to sit where the packing happens rather than in a converting hall, and the unwinding is loaded by hand rather than by a lifting system. The embossed paper it makes has high absorbency and padding, and is used for covering individual shipping items, as deflection material for cartons or lattice boxes, as an intermediate layer, or for covering goods.

Manufacturing And Quality
The machine is built at our workshop in Ruian, Zhejiang. UDEM has issued CE attestations of conformity to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for our honeycomb paper making machine, bag making machine and paper folding machine, referencing EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018. A demo machine is kept running in the workshop so the build can be shown and installation supported by video call.
Customization
We have engineers who develop new machine functions to customer requirements, and where the current machine cannot meet a requirement we supply a solution instead. Several machines in this range started exactly that way.
Compared With Our Other Machines
Against the EM-PB800 this machine is a third of the weight, takes 600 mm reels instead of 1200 mm, runs at 45 m/min instead of 60, and is loaded by hand rather than by an automatic lifting system. Use Guide
Load the reel by hand onto the 3 inch air shaft, up to 600 mm diameter. Let the electric heating reach temperature before running. Rewind up to 300 mm diameter and change the roll at the bench. Wrap items directly or use the paper as an interleaving layer inside cartons.
