What We Make
We build the machines that turn ordinary kraft reels into protective packaging: expandable honeycomb paper, embossed paper bubble wrap, fanfold void fill packs, crumpled cushion pads, honeycomb bottle sleeves and crinkle box filling. Honeycomb Paper MachineDie-cutting lines that turn a plain 70-100 gsm kraft reel into expandable honeycomb cushioning paper, at up to 200 m/min.
Paper Bubble MachineHeated embossing lines that press a bubble pattern into kraft paper, producing a recyclable replacement for plastic bubble wrap in roll or sheet form.
Paper Folding MachinePerforating and fanfolding lines that convert kraft reels into stacked fanfold packs for paperEZ and Ranpak style void-fill dispensers, at 90-200 m/min.
Paper Cushion MachineCushion forming and two-ply rewinding machines that turn 70-80 gsm kraft into crumpled protective pads, single ply or double ply.

Protective packaging is bought by the metre, stored by the pallet and shipped mostly as air. Every roll of honeycomb paper, every fanfold pack and every bag of crinkle fill carries a converter margin and a freight bill on top of the paper itself.
