Product Overview
Some customers need sheet bubble paper rather than rolls, so this third machine in the range cuts roll to sheet inline while embossing at the same time. Doing both in one pass avoids cutting the bubble paper to sheet separately on a cutting machine afterwards, which pushes the bubble down and weakens it. At a 200 x 200 mm sheet size the machine runs 300 pcs/min onto a conveyor.

Manufacturing And Quality
The machine is built at our workshop in Ruian, Zhejiang. UDEM has issued CE attestations of conformity to Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC for our honeycomb paper making machine, bag making machine and paper folding machine, referencing EN ISO 12100:2010 and EN 60204-1:2018. A demo machine is kept running in the workshop so the build can be shown and installation supported by video call.
Customization
We have engineers who develop new machine functions to customer requirements, and where the current machine cannot meet a requirement we supply a solution instead. Several machines in this range started exactly that way.
Compared With Our Other Machines
The Mini Paper Bubble Making Machine and the EM-PB800 both finish in roll form. This machine is the only one in the range that finishes in sheets, and it does the cutting inline rather than after embossing. It also takes the heaviest stock of the three at up to 180 gsm, and its output is rated in pieces per minute rather than metres per minute.
Use Guide
Set the slitting blades for the sheet widths you need, then set the cut length. Load a reel up to 600 mm diameter on the 3 inch air shaft. Run and collect sheets from the conveyor; at 200 x 200 mm expect about 300 pcs/min. Stack sheets flat so the bubble is not compressed in storage.
Frequently Asked Questions
