Four Chemistries That Cover a Polyurethane or Epoxy Bill of Materials
KingZhi Chemistry is a raw material trading and supply company, not a formulator. We buy the grades that coating, adhesive, foam and elastomer producers specify, and we hold enough of the range that one supplier can cover a whole formulation.

View SpecificationsThe Producers Who Buy These Materials by the Drum
Our customers are the people who have to make a formulation work on a production line, not in a laboratory.

Automotive coatings and interiors are where yellowing resistance, gloss retention and seat comfort are all judged by the end customer rather than by a laboratory.
See Applications
Protective coatings are bought on service life. The raw material decisions behind them are about crosslink density, film flexibility and how the system behaves once VOC limits tighten.
See Applications
Electronic materials fail on impurities long before they fail on mechanical properties. Total chlorine, colour and latency matter more here than headline strength figures.
See Applications
Adhesive makers live between two constraints: open time long enough to apply the product, and final strength high enough to replace a mechanical fastener.
See Applications
Comfort products are judged by how they feel after three years, not on the day they ship. That is a raw material question about foam resilience and coating durability.

A Grade Is Discontinued Mid Project
You qualified a hardener two years ago and the incumbent supplier has dropped it. We quote on NCO content, viscosity and supply form, so an equivalent can be identified rather than guessed at.
The Datasheet Does Not Answer the Question
Activation temperature, acid value, hydrolysable chlorine, free monomer content. The numbers that decide whether a grade works are published on every product page here, not held back until you ask.
Four Suppliers for One Formulation
Resin from one source, hardener from another, polyol from a third, chain extender from a fourth. We carry all four categories, so one purchase order covers the bill of materials.
Hazard Documentation Holds up the Shipment
Specialised hazard packing and export documentation are prepared as part of the order, with sea, land and air routing coordinated through our Hong Kong entity.
How We Work
The six commitments below are the ones we are held to on every order.
Professional Supply Chain
A mature supply chain management system keeps raw material procurement and production scheduling stable, with quality control and logistics coordinated in the same workflow.
High Quality Standards
Quality control runs across every stage, from incoming raw materials and production through to finished product inspection, aligned with international standards.
Affordable Pricing
Competitive pricing without cutting product or service standards, achieved through cost optimisation and economies of scale on regular volumes.
Fast Delivery Times
An efficient supply chain and logistics system that responds to routine orders and urgent requests alike, with delivery dates confirmed before you pay the deposit.
Partnership Opportunities
Flexible collaboration models and resource sharing for distributors, formulators and trading partners who want a long term source rather than a spot purchase.
Professional 24/7 Support
An experienced team available around the clock for commercial questions and technical enquiries, so a formulation problem does not wait for office hours.

Start From the Problem Not the Product Code
Four worked processes covering how a coating, an epoxy system, an elastomer or a supply chain gets specified and delivered.

A 2K polyurethane coating is a negotiation between pot life, dry speed, hardness and weathering. This is how we work through it with a formulator.
See The Process
Epoxy work is resin plus hardener plus cure schedule. Changing any one of the three changes the other two, so we specify them together.
See The Process
Cast elastomers, rollers and TPU all come down to three components: the isocyanate, the polyol soft segment and the chain extender.
See The Process
Regulated chemical raw materials are not hard to buy. They are hard to buy repeatedly, on time, with documentation that clears customs the first time.
See The ProcessSelection Guides Written From the Grade Tables
No general chemistry lectures. Each guide works through the numbers on our own product pages and says which grade to pick and why.

Aromatic isocyanates are faster and cheaper. Aliphatic isocyanates keep their colour. This guide sets out which property actually decides the choice.
Read The Guide
Both are aliphatic HDI derivatives and both give light stable coatings. Their crosslink density, viscosity and flexibility are not the same.
Read The Guide
EEW, colour, viscosity and softening point are the four numbers that decide whether a resin grade fits your process.

What are your prices?
Prices move with supply and other market factors, so we do not publish a fixed list. Contact us with the grade and volume you need and we will send an updated price.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. All international orders carry an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you need much smaller quantities for resale, contact us directly and we will tell you what is workable.
Do you offer technical support and product selection guidance?
Yes. We give product selection advice and formulation support based on your application requirements, processing conditions and performance targets.
Can you provide samples for evaluation?
Yes. Samples are available for laboratory testing and formulation validation, subject to project requirements. The sample itself is free of charge; you cover the shipping cost.
What is the average lead time?
Samples take about 7 days. Mass production takes 20-30 days after the deposit payment is received and your final approval is given. If that does not fit your deadline, tell your sales contact and we will try to accommodate it.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Xtransfer or PayPal. Terms are 30% deposit in advance with the balance of 70% paid on delivery of the bill of lading copy.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes. We use high quality export packaging, specialised hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist or non standard packing may carry an additional charge.
How about the shipping fees?
Shipping cost depends on the method. Express is fastest and most expensive; ocean freight is the best choice for bulk shipments. Send us quantity, weight and preferred method for a specific rate.
Send Us the Specification and We Will Tell You What Fits
Technical response within 24 hours. Free samples for laboratory validation, with shipping at your cost.
