What are your prices?
Prices move with supply and other market factors, so we do not publish a fixed list. Contact us with the grade and volume you need and we will send an updated price.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
Yes. All international orders carry an ongoing minimum order quantity. If you need much smaller quantities for resale, contact us directly and we will tell you what is workable.
Do you offer technical support and product selection guidance?
Yes. We give product selection advice and formulation support based on your application requirements, processing conditions and performance targets.
Can you provide samples for evaluation?
Yes. Samples are available for laboratory testing and formulation validation, subject to project requirements. The sample itself is free of charge; you cover the shipping cost.
What is the average lead time?
Samples take about 7 days. Mass production takes 20-30 days after the deposit payment is received and your final approval is given. If that does not fit your deadline, tell your sales contact and we will try to accommodate it.
What kinds of payment methods do you accept?
Bank transfer, Xtransfer or PayPal. Terms are 30% deposit in advance with the balance of 70% paid on delivery of the bill of lading copy.
Do you guarantee safe and secure delivery of products?
Yes. We use high quality export packaging, specialised hazard packing for dangerous goods and validated cold storage shippers for temperature sensitive items. Specialist or non standard packing may carry an additional charge.
How about the shipping fees?
Shipping cost depends on the method. Express is fastest and most expensive; ocean freight is the best choice for bulk shipments. Send us quantity, weight and preferred method for a specific rate.
