What We Supply
Our products are mainly castings, forgings and some welded products, and we also supply metal parts made by other special processes. The range is geared to customer needs, covers most metal materials and includes many product types. Our team has expertise in metal parts and years of production experience, so we can give guidance on material selection and on how the part should be produced.
So far our products and services have been exported to the United Kingdom, Spain, Italy, Poland, South Korea, the United States, South Africa, India, Algeria and other countries.
Casting Material Programmes
Gray Iron Castings
Gray iron is the low cost route to rigid, vibration damping housings, frames and beds. We pour it in HT150 to HT300 and the matching ISO, EN, DIN, BS, JIS and ASTM grades, and machine it in house.

Ductile Iron Castings
Ductile iron gives you the castability of iron with strength and elongation close to cast steel. It is our first recommendation for parts that carry load, impact or fatigue.

High Chrome Iron Castings
High chrome iron is the answer when abrasion, not impact, is destroying your parts. It outlasts alloy steel by a wide margin while staying tougher than ordinary white iron.

Manganese Steel Castings
Manganese steel is the standard for parts that take heavy impact and heavy wear at the same time. It work hardens in service, so the surface gets harder the longer the crusher runs.

Carbon and Alloy Steel Castings
Carbon and alloy steel covers everything from a 100 gram investment cast bracket to a ten tonne machine component. It is the material to choose when you need weldability, toughness and heat treatable strength.

Aluminium Castings
Aluminium parts are produced across four casting routes plus forging, extrusion and stamping, so the process is chosen for your volume and geometry rather than for what a single factory happens to own.

Heat Resistant Castings
Heat resistant castings hold strength and structure where ordinary steel scales and creeps. Our parts run in cement clinker coolers, kilns, sinter plants and heat treatment furnaces.

Apron Feeder Pans
The pan is the main wear part on an apron feeder. We cast them in manganese steel and alloy steel from 20 kg to 2500 kg per piece, with tight enough dimensions that pieces stay interchangeable.

Process Routes Behind the Range
The current product technology covers most product areas, including cast iron, cast steel, non ferrous alloys and some special material metal parts. The diversified casting process also covers parts of very different sizes and weights, from a few grams to tens of tonnes.
