Casting and Forging Processes
We choose the process from the part, not from the equipment one factory happens to own. That is the main reason to work through a supply chain of more than thirty factories.

Overview
Casting and Forging Processes at Jianheng Metal
As a global metal parts supplier we need to meet the demands of customers in different industries and different regions. Facing diversified product requirements, we have organised different production casting processes to meet the needs of different customers. The current product technology covers most product areas, including cast iron, cast steel, non ferrous alloys and some special material metal parts.
The diversified casting process also covers parts of different sizes and weights, from a few grams to tens of tonnes. We continuously optimise the production process in order to provide the best value production solution.
We supply many products produced by forging as well. Open and closed die forging covers most kinds of products in carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium and other materials. Rolled ring forging is used for ring parts in many steel grades, and cold rotary forging is used for small parts mainly in aluminium and copper alloy.
