Surface and Heat Treatment at Jianheng Metal
We can handle quench and temper, carburising, nitridation, carbonitriding and induction hardening. Furnace capability covers vacuum, continuous, gas and resistance furnaces, so the cycle is matched to the part rather than to whatever furnace is free.
For surface treatment we have capability in paint, powder coating, electrocoating, zinc plating, galvanizing, nickel plating, chrome plating, Dacromet, aluminium anodic oxidation, black oxide and phosphating.
