We do not host a PDF library, because a stale datasheet is worse than none. Documentation is issued against the live revision when you ask for it.

What a documentation pack contains
Mechanical drawing with tolerances, the operating frequency and bandwidth for the configuration quoted, lead and connector specification, and the drive conditions the figures were measured under.
What it does not contain
Certification marks we have not issued for your order, capacity figures, or customer references. Where a document does not exist yet for a configuration, we will say so rather than send a neighbouring part's sheet.
Ask for the drawing you actually need
Name the sensor and the revision, or describe the application and we will pick it.
