Frequently Asked Questions
How many products can I order at one time?
MOQ is low and one piece is available for sample checking. Mass production lead time is 1 to 2 weeks for quantities over 100 pieces.
Can the fixtures be customised?
Yes. Product spacing, colour, lamp length, housing colour, lens angle and cover type are all customisable, and we produce fixtures to suit a specific building.
Which LED chips do you use?
We select CREE, OSRAM, Epistar and other high quality LED chips. Full colour lamps use high grey level and high refresh rate driver ICs.
Do all products work on one control system?
Our master and slave controllers support mixed lamp types and mixed protocols including DMX512 fixtures, so one system can drive a whole elevation.
