What is the lead time for led control system?
Samples ship in 3 to 5 days. Mass production runs 1 to 2 weeks for order quantities over 100 pieces.
Can I get a sample of a control system before ordering?
Yes. One piece is available for sample checking and mixed samples are accepted so you can compare models.
Can the housing colour and length be changed?
Housing colour is customised to the curtain wall or building, and lamp length or pixel spacing is made to the project requirement.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 2 to 5 year warranty. Our defective rate is below 0.2 percent and during the warranty period replacements ship with your next order.
