Production Sequence

How Each Range Is Made

LED Pixel Light

Manufacturing Process

  1. LED and driver IC placement on the pixel board
  2. Shell moulding in flame retardant PC
  3. Full potting with high thermal conductivity PU glue
  4. Cable crimping and buckle assembly into strings
  5. Ageing test, addressing test and colour check before packing

LED Linear Light

Manufacturing Process

  1. Aluminium extrusion cut to the ordered length
  2. Anodising and colour finishing
  3. Board assembly and lens or diffuser fitting
  4. End cap sealing and cable exit moulding
  5. Waterproof test, colour test and continuous splicing check

LED Wall Washer

Manufacturing Process

  1. 6063 aluminium extrusion and machining
  2. Surface spraying or anodising
  3. LED board and lens assembly
  4. Glass cover and end cap sealing
  5. Waterproof, ageing and beam angle verification

LED Spotlight And Flood Light

Manufacturing Process

  1. Aluminium body machining
  2. Lens selection and optical assembly
  3. Driver fitting and wiring
  4. Tempered glass and gasket sealing
  5. IP test, aiming test and colour consistency check

  2. Firmware loading and port testing
  3. Enclosure assembly and labelling
  4. Cascade test across multiple controllers
  5. Load test with the lamp types used on the project
Inspection

Where We Check And What We Reject

Incoming

LED chips from CREE, OSRAM, Epistar and other qualified suppliers, checked before placement.

In Process

Potting coverage, connector pull strength and cable routing checked on the line.

Ageing

Every string and bar runs an ageing test before it can be packed.

Final

Addressing, colour and waterproof verification, then zone labelling for the project.
