Manufacturing Process

  1. LED and driver IC placement on the pixel board
  2. Shell moulding in flame retardant PC
  3. Full potting with high thermal conductivity PU glue
  4. Cable crimping and buckle assembly into strings
  5. Ageing test, addressing test and colour check before packing

Inspection Points

  • Incoming LED chips checked against the qualified supplier list
  • Potting coverage and connector pull strength checked in process
  • Ageing test on every string and bar before packing
  • Addressing, colour and waterproof verification at final inspection

What is your defective rate?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system and the defective rate is below 0.2 percent.
What warranty do you offer?
We offer a 2 to 5 year warranty on our products.
How do you handle faulty units?
Within the guarantee period we send new lights with your next order for small quantities. For a defective batch we repair and resend, or agree another solution including recall according to the real situation.
Which LED chips do you use?
CREE, OSRAM, Epistar and other high quality LED chips, with high grey level high refresh rate driver ICs on full colour lamps.
Can I visit the factory?
Yes. Our plant is in Xinqiao, Shajing, Baoan District, Shenzhen. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange a visit.
