Facade Grazing And Wall Washing FAQ

Can you handle the whole system or only the fixtures?
We supply the lamps, the lenses and the control system together, so protocols, grey levels and connectors match on site.
Do you provide technical support during installation?
Yes. We are a manufacturer supplying LED projects with technical support and we can also provide design service.
How do you handle a defective batch?
Products are made under a strict quality control system with a defective rate below 0.2 percent. For a defective batch we repair and resend, or agree another solution including recall according to the real situation.
Can the system run without a computer on site?
Yes. The master controller stores up to 255 programme files on an SD card and supports automatic, timed and holiday preset playback.
