Prototype
Build a test panel with the exact pixel, cover and pitch so the owner signs off before production.
Material
Select the cover shape, LED count per point and grey level that suit the content and the daylight condition.
Production
Assemble, pot, string and address the pixels port by port under a strict quality control system.
Inspection
Ageing, addressing and colour checks on every string, plus a full port load test with the controller.
Packing
Pack and label by port and zone so the installers work in the same order as the wiring plan.
Logistics
DHL, UPS, FedEx, TNT, air or sea, with documents prepared for the destination market.
After Sales
2 to 5 year warranty, replacements with the next order and remote support during content loading.
