Can I have a sample order for LED light?
Yes, we welcome sample orders to test and check quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.
What about the lead time?
Samples need 3 to 5 days. Mass production takes 1 to 2 weeks for order quantities over 100 pieces.
Do you have any MOQ limit for an LED light order?
MOQ is low. One piece for sample checking is available.
How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
We usually ship by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT and it usually takes 3 to 5 days to arrive. Airline and sea shipping are also optional.
How do I proceed with an order for LED light?
First let us know your requirements or application. Second, we quote according to your requirements or our suggestions. Third, you confirm the samples and place a deposit for the formal order. Fourth, we arrange production.
Is it OK to print my logo on the LED light product?
Yes. Please inform us formally before production and confirm the design first based on our sample.
Do you offer a guarantee for the products?
Yes, we offer a 2 to 5 year warranty on our products.
How do you deal with faulty units?
Our products are produced under a strict quality control system and the defective rate is below 0.2 percent. During the guarantee period we send new lights with a new order for small quantities. For defective batch products we repair and resend them, or discuss another solution including recall according to the real situation.
Can the fixtures be customised for my building?
Yes. Product spacing, colour, lamp length, housing colour, lens angle and cover type are customised for the project, and we cooperate with customers on fixtures, light distribution lenses and control systems for a specific building.
Which control protocols do you support?
Standard DMX512, expanded DMX512 and TTL, with support for DMX512AP-N and NB, UCS512, MY7221, WS2821 and other driver chips.
How far can the control signal travel?
Master to sub controller and sub to sub sections run under 120 metres on CAT5. Sub controller to signal adaptor stays under 120 metres, and the signal adaptor supports 200 metre transmission to the lamps.
Can the system run without a computer on site?
Yes. The master controller supports up to 150,000 offline points, stores up to 255 programme files on an SD card and supports automatic, timed and holiday preset playback.
Do you supply CAD files?
CAD files are supplied on request via WhatsApp rather than as a public download.
Do you have a contact form?
No. We work by WhatsApp and email so your enquiry reaches an engineer directly instead of sitting in a form inbox.
